Google recently published some of their Google Wave user survey results. The most obvious finding is that Google Wave is more fun with your friends. This was to be expected, but it highlights the reality that Wave will run up against the same brick wall that renders most collaboration tools useless in organizations: Adoption.

People have been saying I’m obsessed with Google Wave, but I think I’m more intrigued by the concept of what can be done with Wave.
This time news organizations are jumping ahead of the curve with really cool uses of the new Google Service. Chicago Tribune’s RedEye blog started its first public wave on November 10, and since then it has attracted more than 300 blips.

Will Google Wave become the Segway of the internet or will it live on to become something totally new? Is your nonprofit on Wave? What are they doing?
