It’s been an incredible day here in Copenhagen with thousands taking to the streets to PEACEFULLY demand a Real Deal from the UN Climate Conference. However, amongst the great signs and startling images, my favorite moment was when a giddy Desmond Tutu took the mic to declare the day a success.

All of you, I mean right around the world. It’s just amazing. I mean, you feel just G-R-R-R-R-R-E-E-E-E-A-A-A-T!

They marched in Berlin, and the wall fell. They marched in Cape Town, and apartheid fell. They marched in Copenhagen, and we are going to get a Real Deal. Climate change is already a serious crisis today, but we can do something about. If we don’t…If we don’t…W-O-O-H-O-O-O-O!

His little scream at the end is brilliant. It doesn’t quite match Howard Dean, but he’s on his way. So much for climate activists and environmentalist being mad eco-terrorist.
