If you’ve been following the news over on SocialEarth and Ashoka Tech, you know that we are running a blogger’s competition to find our official blogger for the Ashoka Tech 4 Society event happening in Hyderabad, India, February 11-13, 2010.  You should also know you have only 7 DAYS LEFT to enter the competition.

All you have to do is click here for more information, fill out a short application, and write us a blog post before November 30th.  Then, stay tuned to find out if you are one of our shortlisted finalists or even the competition winner!

Just spotted this on the old Tweets Machine. It sounds like an amazing opportunity. They give all the details and explain how to enter the contest on the Ashoka Tech website.

To enter, simply publish an article on your personal blog during the month of November which explores the interconnection between technology, invention and social change. The post must be no more than 600 words and must include this text at the bottom of the article (not included in the 600 words):

Ashoka: Innovators for the Public are hosting Tech 4 Society, a conference exploring technology, invention and social change, in Hyderabad, India, in February 2009. Find out more about the conference here. This blog post is an entry in their competition to find the official blogger to travel to and cover the event.

Once your post is published get the competition entry form and email it to tech4society@ashoka.org by November 30, 2009.
